Solved that dogs' problems only to be replaced by anothers'. You just lined up their pockets; thus gave a reason to continue breeding. To which you just brought even more puppies into this.
This might sound wrong, but sometimes "to save a thousands, one must be sacrificed"- now I am not saying that the dog shouldn't get adopted-- just to wait once its out of their hands....
