they're violating the law and trampling over your rights, that should make it enough for you to want to stick up for yourself. being in a job that you don't really enjoy can make you feel nonchalant about things and it can be easy to dismiss things. they are totally in the wrong though, and they need to be made aware of that.
maybe this is a sign that you need to get out of this job that you find no enjoyment in. no doubt you'll be able to find a company/organization that better suits you and can benefit from your expertise. |
