If there are tummy noises such as this, I really would not feed RC. Remember that RC has a LOT of corn filler in it - and that can be very troublesome for many dogs to digest, it's irritating and can most def be an allergen. Though this case does not sound like an allergy thus far.
I'd switch to something grain free, and higher protein...like Natures Logic Venison, Solid Gold Wee Bits, Wellness Core...
