That's what I thought too, and I questioned her on it which she didn't seem too pleased about. LoL!
I never use the collar with the leash...always a harness. And his collar isn't tight...can get about 3 fingers in while he's wearing it. But I got scared when she told me it could irritate his throat, so I just took it off. :-/
