I'm assuming my vet thinks atypical addison's which is why she only needs steroids. I had considered taking her to a specialist, but she's doing very well. She has gained nearly all of her lost weight back and is very active again. Yes, her legs would give out when she would try to walk. It was awful. Her whole body would just shiver. Her blood work came back with a high white blood count and low glucose. All of the other labs were normal.
