My Anna was diagnosed about a month ago. She was very ill and received various diagnoses before the vet finally started treating her for Addison's. She gets 1/4 of a 5mg prednisolone each morning and so far she's doing great. I honestly thought we were going to have to put her down. She couldn't even stand on her own and her whole body would just shake. There is a facebook page for dogs with addison's.
She is around 10 years old.....not sure of exact age. We got her from a shelter.
