I read up on head injuries, and fortunately, they don't match Bella's symptoms (other than the vomiting). It's good to be aware of other possibilities, though, just in case. I'm sure it was related to the groomer, although my biggest suspicions are contact with a dog carrying a stomach virus, or unauthorized feeding of a treat that made her ill. We changed groomers a few years back after unusual signs of stress and gastrointestinal upset following a session at her previous groomer--we suspected some kind of rough-handling or abuse. I can understand why a lot of people prefer to groom their Yorkies at home.
