Sounds like this girl is suffering though all the drastic changes she has just gone through. Yorkies do tend to get cold very easily. They do not have an under coat like most dogs have. Mine are still wearing their shirts and sweaters even though the weather is a bit warmer. They are heat seekers and want to cuddle all the time. We keep them in warm clothes until it is over 70 degrees day and night.
This is a very sensitive breed. They tend to bond with their owners. She may have been attached to someone and does not understand what she has been through.
You can read the various information threads here on YT and find out about the health issues common to Yorkies so you know what to watch for should she show symptoms. I hope she perks up for you. What she is exhibiting is not typical Yorkie behavior. Hopefully she will come around with lots of love and patience from you.
She's actually not a yorkie. I came in here wanting a yorkie but got her instead. I mean in the long run I wouldnt mind a yorkie. Just that I fell in love with this pup, and figured its still a good place to learn.

Anywho, I don't think I'll go with a bully stick... considering they're made of bull's penis? Rather gross. :x
