If you do everything you are supposed to do when you breed and raise puppies EXCEPT you do not show your dogs, does that make you a backyard breeder? If so why are we so down on backyard breeders? I understand the person who just wants to have one litter, or the person who just breeds because they have a male and female is a backyard breeder. However how can we put the same title on someone who is responsible and moral and educated with the breed only doesn't want to show?

Aren't puppymills and brokers the ones that don't care about their dogs and just want to make a buck?
