Hmmmm....which Heartworm pill did she get...? I would perhaps try a different one next time. But then again, it could just be a bug/gastritis coinciding with the pill too. Tough to say. Has she ever had that particular hworm pill before this time...?
I would def give her some simple carbs though...if she is still seeming slow to appetite stim...
