It could just be a gastritis of some kind. If it is that, it's not uncommon for them to not feel well for a couple days.

Sucralfate can help w/ nauseousness. Has she eaten at all yet, and if so, has she vomited...?

Try giving her some simple carbs - like pieces of white bread / cracker etcetera. It can absorb nauseous juices, settle the tummy, stimulate appetite, and provide her some energy.

If your gut is telling you that more is wrong - then call the vet and discuss and/or go back in.

How is/was her appetite before this...?
