That is the only time I see or hear Max and Sasha really get mad at each other - when they are sleeping and the other one bothers him/her. The vast majority of the time they are curled up in a ball with each other but once in a while if one starts to move around while the other is in a deep sleep I will hear a growl that I know is not a play growl. And they have snapped at each other a couple times. I just put my hand between them and tell them to be nice and this usually calms things down
