Puppies and potty training can be really overwhelming...so, just know you're not alone on this one, first and foremost.

What does your gut really say about this kiddo -- do you think you genuinely want to keep trying...? Or, do you really think you're ready to give up? I'd figure that part out more than anything.
Re-homing is tough, no doubt about it. But, if that's going to happen - it's better to have it happen when they're still young...rather than later when they've fallen totally in love with you. Re-homing is wayyyy easier on a puppy, than on an adult. Don't be afraid to re-home if that's what your gut/heart is telling you.
