Sad House breaking problems

I'm in desperate need of help with our 9 month old yorkie. I'm so frustrated that I wish I never got this dog. It's just not going good at all. I'm getting to the point that it's not envelope enjoyable having her. She learned how to hit the bell at the door very fast, she learned the word treat really fast, and when she's running out side and won't come in and if I shake the treat can she comes running. So why is it she can't learn to on go to the bathroom out side. When it rains she refuses to go out. And then she will run out and then come in and go in the kitchen in a certain spot. After months of this we gave in and put a wee wee pad down. Well she still goes on it rather than out side. But tonight she went on my couch. And when I yelled at her she knew right away that she did was wrong. The head went down and she gets close to the ground like she's laying down. Not only that but she constantly bites. And jumps on our other dogs head and bites her ears. We are constantly yelling at her. She still is in her crate during the night and if I'm not home. Every time we think she is getting it.and not going in the house for a few days ,then it just starts all over again. Oh and she eats poop, not just hers but she will go and eat my other dogs poop. I feel like I made the biggest mistake. I really want to enjoy her and I don't want to keep yelling at her because I want her to enjoy being here and have a good home, but I'm afraid I'm running out of patience and am going to end up rehoming her. Which isn't good either. What do I do???
