Almost all pets from a shelter go thru a decompression stage, where there is a major adjustment from living in SUCH a HIGH-stress environment day-in/day-out for so long.
I wouldn't be surprised at her being sedentary one bit right now, I really wouldn't. If I were her, I'd want to just collapse for awhile after what she's been thru.
