Well something have learn is with each new pup there will be something new the choose to get into. We have lattice on the bottom of our deck so that the dogs cannot go under the deck because goddess knows what's under there. In front of the lattice we have rocks to try and keep down on the weeds. Well Penny is now stealing these rocks. I cannot just pick up the rocks. Is there anything I can do to keep her from the rocks?
