I got Illy when she was 8 weeks old and we had a 9 hour drive to get her. I kept her in her crate and stopped a few times to see if she had to go potty. It was really cold and she was scared so she wouldn't go. She didn't end up going potty until we got home. That was 9 hours!! Crazy puppy! LOL. Everytime we stopped I offered her food and water. She ate a little and drank a lot. It wan't a bad trip though. She pretty much slept the whole time and didn't even cry. Good luck! Have a safe trip.
