You bring back memories to me of when Max was a pup. We bought a strappy, adjustable harness. My dad and I worked and worked and could not figure out how to adjust it and get it on a tiny puppy.
We ended up going back to the pet store and buying the Puppia style harness with only one strap to adjust.
Then Nancy and Ann (Wylie's Mom) introduced us to the Buddy Belt. Love the harness so much that I became a retailer.
My boys' primary Buddy Belts, used daily, are about 6 years old and look awesome.
Leashes: Teddy did chew the nylon of one of the leashes when he was a pup.
Chewing the harness is rare. The dog has to be super flexible to be able to do it. If the harness is fitted properly (not a size too big), and if the harness is put out of reach when not in use, it shouldn't happen.
The leather Buddy Belt has a lifetime warranty against parts failing. The BB2 synthetic leather has a limited 90 day warranty. Chewing is not covered.
