Because she never chewed the kibble, she'd regurgitate the large Orijen kibble after most meals. So I switched to Fromm, which is significantly smaller in size. I now soak it first so that even though she inhales it without chewing, she doesn't regurgitate her food after each meal.

I have this feeling, it might be just a stinky bad habit? It's kind of 'funny'. My previous dog used to eat her poop (but eventually grew out of it). Scottie would eat other dogs' poop at the park (and I assume everyone feeds their dogs different kibble). And now Casie eats her own poop. It's like all my dogs have a strange affinity for poop.

Thanks for this info on Bromelain! Hmmm...does canned 100% pumpkin have any bromelain in it? I read that canned pineapple does not and only fresh pineapple does. I have a stash of canned pumpkin frozen in small pieces on hand for if they ever have upset tummies. If it contains bromelain, then that'd be perfect. Otherwise, maybe I can but some frozen pineapple..
I don't think pumpkin has bromelain in it...yes to fresh pineapple. If one is not available bc it's out of season, then frozen. If both are not readily available, then digestive enzymes..which is a great supplement to give.
