It is is such a stressor for me to take Jackson to the vet. I get stressed because I know how stressed he gets. He immediately starts shaking when we pull into the parking lot. Next dogs I really want to work on so they are like Max and Teddy! I would love to start socializing them at the vets and just bringing them in for fun visits and not just appointments! |
Our first vet, the rude and pushy woman, and the office where Max was neutered, caused Max a lot of stress when he was a puppy. It's close to our house and we have to drive by it to get anywhere. Max would cry and shake until we passed it.
Luckily, we switched vets, so we never returned. He was fine after that.
I'm glad Jackson is doing well with your new vets office.
