There really isn't such a thing as a hypoallergenic dog. All dogs have dander and that is what people are allergic too. Vets are actually not always the best resource for breeding standards. See if we have all these people who don't breed standard dogs then the yorkie will eventually not look like the yorkie anymore. I find it starange if your aunt was a good breeder that she be ok with you breeding off standard and with a male the same weight.
