Back in the early 80's shopping with my cousin she drags me into a pet shop, sees this wee lil bouncing ball of fur, asks the shop owner if she can hold the puppy. This shop had a little area where you can play with the puppies. After 5 minutes she wants to have the puppy put back in it's cage. I am all upset with her, tell her you can't put this puppy back in the cage, it thinks you're taking her. In a nut shell I bought that puppy, all unplanned. Over 6 years 2 more yorkies again unplanned were purchased, now I had a pack of 3. They are all now passed, but my love for the breed has remained. I now have yorkie #5 he is a rescue, surrendered at age 2.5 years old. I could never have any other breed but a yorkie.
