How awful! What a tragedy for such a young, precious baby! I can imagine how scary and sad this is for both you and the owner.
If the vet who performed the necropsy didn't specify what he thought had directly caused the heart failure, I would ask him whether or not there were any congenital cardiovascular abnormalities that any of the vaccines could have directly affected. Is there any proof that real vaccines and not something else were given to the pup?
Any analysis done to see what actual pharmaceuticals or chemicals were in the pup's body at the time of death and if they were actual FDA-approved vaccine product? I've heard of other chemicals/biologics mistakenly or even purposefully substituted for veterinary drugs from certain unethical or unwitting sellers.
