As for the acid reflux, she just has a sensitive stomach. I.e. makes really soft / loose stool if she eats something too odd...

But it's weird because I regret to admit that there was this one time I was eating a sub/sandwhich and a piece of tomato fell to the ground(a whole slice) it had mayo on it and possibly a dab of cheese. But she never barfed it up. It's why I thought it was okay.

I was annoyed at myself because we brought her upstairs to spend time with us and my sibling and the dog left a present in the carpet.

Yeah, I'm guessing that it was the tomato skin, then. The skins are tougher and less digestible than the flesh. I'll give Bella apples slices too, but I always remove the peel. She can easily chew the crunchy apple flesh, but the peels not so much.
