Your best bet is to wait until she's at least 55 days in then take her for an x-ray. They show the whole uterus plus depending on the vet even the rib cage so you'll know for sure plus it shows size of puppies and mom's pelvic size. One time I had bred my female she was around 26 days in and I thought she had developed a UTI I took her to the vet for blood work up against my will they decided to ultra sound and told me she wasn't pregnant long story short I knew they were completely wrong and she ended up having 5 very healthy babies.
