Wow! We have been having the same problem. Right now Cali is on the ID diet also. Stools and blood work showed no issues. Like you we are hoping it resolves soon. I did put her on some flatly to see if that helped. The only thing we have been doing differently is that we started using Healthymouth in her water - so don't know if that is then culprit, so will stop it and see how she does.
