My little Zoey did that for about 2-3 weeks starting when she was about 12 weeks. I couldn't figure out what was going on. She has not vomited now for at least 3-4 weeks. She is about 5 months now. I think she was finding things on the floor and eating everything - plus I was trying to get her on different dogfood and she actually started doing it in the middle of the night. I would hear her in her crate next to our bed, throwing up. I somehow think that she did that for awhile when she had to go potty really bad. If I would get up and take her potty in the middle of the night before vomiting, she would be fine. She never whines when she needs to go, just holds it and when her bladder was smaller, I think it freaked her out. I don't know, just my thoughts. She's fine now! Hang in there! As long as there is no diarrhea with the vomiting, I wouldn't worry about it.
