Has your vet done skin scrapings on her to see if she has bacterial or fungal skin infection?
She may also need antibiotics and baths ... my vet has recommended Malaseb for my girl based on her scrapings. Sometimes they use shampoo with Chlorhexidine. I once had a pup with hair loss due to flea allergies...I got him from a shelter and he was a mess. Elephant looking skin that was black in spots and a lot of hair loss. The vet at that time recommended Selsun Blue shampoo baths 3 times/week followed with a 50/50 warm water and white vinegar rinse. His hair started to grow in a couple of weeks. I always like to share his before and after photos.....their hair does grow back !
