I sent an email with questions regarding the dog-- and they told me that first I have to fill out the form... but the description isn't that descriptive and to be honest it seems more counterproductive to fill out an adoption form only to later on find out that the dog isnt what you want in a dog(because lack of information) and decide not to adopt it after all.. which means the time you filled the application, the time for them to process it... was a waste of time (for both).
I just dont understand that or if i should proceed or just skip. |
