But, if you have any doubts, whisk her off to a vet.

With food generally speaking, I can offer up some sound experience, but rather than go into that here, just ask and i'll supply.
Don't ever give your dogs medicine without first checking with a vet. Also whether a dogs nose is wet or dry is absolutely no indication of a healthy dog.
