Hello Alyxx, sorry to hear of Macy's eating problems. Yorkies do have issues (uniquely) eating. I've had yorkies in my life for over 50 years and every yorkies I've had has issues with food.

This is what my guidelines are:
If your yorkie has a fever (check nose, belly and paws) after a while you will know your yorkies normal temp is. If she is floppy as well, take her to a vet immediately.
If she has a cold nose, but is generally ok and is bringing up yellow bile I find that kaolin for children works a treat, it's just a tummy upset (yorkies are very prone to this) give a watered down dose with a syringe of 1cc 4 hours apart. The first dose generally does the trick.
But, if you have any doubts, whisk her off to a vet.

With food generally speaking, I can offer up some sound experience, but rather than go into that here, just ask and i'll supply.
