Emmy absolutely will not wear the harness. Since the first day I've had her we've tried and tried to keep it on her, but when she has it on she just doesn't move and itches it. We like to go on walks and when I take her outside to go to the bathroom I put her on a leash, but attach it to her collar. I know it's not good, but I don't know what else to do? Any suggestions?
