 Wiry Yorkie
Our 2 Yorkies are 8 months old and are brother and sister. Their coats are shiny and textured and has grown very slowly. The black is midnight shiny and the tan is reddish. They both also have long muzzles, not round. The parents were typical Yorkie look, the Dad was gold and black and the Mom was tan and black. In researching their differences, I found red leg Yorkies and Wire hair Yorkies. The articles stated that these Yorkies were a throw back to the original Yorkie and should not be bred. Their coats would never reach the ground, the hair on the head and legs would always be short and the deep black and red colors would always be true and would not change.
I would love more information if anyone has researched these Yorkies. Your little one looks like mine. |
