I usually upload them to tinypic.com and post the links lol. But if you look towards the bottom of the post when you're writing one you will see a button that says Attach Files -> Manage Attachments. You can upload there directly.
As for Rex's size, I honestly don't know how to estimate weight BUUUT I think there are size chart estimates that you can follow to kinda gauge his final weight.
