Don't you love these odd little creatures with their odd little ways! I just love when they try to communicate with us
First thing I noticed when I got Tibbe was just as he was falling asleep beside me, he growls. He still does that several times a week at bedtime, though rarely if he's going to sleep apart from me - when in his crate or lying away from me. But if we're snuggled up, out come the quiet little series of growls as he drifts off. Never had another single dog in this house who does that.
Tibbe makes a sort of gobbling sound in his throat when he approaches me or is about to get some loving! I first noticed it when he came in from pottying and he would make that sound. Next he did it when approaching me knowing I would about to pet, rub or hug him. Never known another dog to do that either. Each one of these amazing little creatures is wholly unique.
