Big and bulky doesn't sound smart... It should be something compact, hidden within the collar so it doesn't look weird. You know? So in case it got abducted, the person kept the collar, but you could still track it. Imagine that?

Technology like that I think is already available or not far off in that size and all I mean.


But I highly doubt I could build something that sophisticated myself. Just the idea sounds nice.
