Absolutely the best in the Northwest: University of Oregon College of Veterinary Medicine. Fostered a beautiful rescue Yorkie destined to be put down, but first decided to try them. Almost all vets in Portland area refer liver shunt surgeries to them.They are wonderful. The sweet little Yorkie is all healed and living and loving her new home!
Was your baby having symptoms of some kind or did they detect it through routine blood tests? you're very lucky to catch it so early! This little girl suffered a year, no one knowing what was wrong with her until her owner gave her up to a rescue.
