Cry HYPOGLYCEMIC MORKIE? Help.

I have a 14 week old female Morkie named Luna, she was a gift to me from my boyfriend, when I looked closer into her paperwork, I realized that she unfortunately has come from a puppy mill. I'm not sure if this contributes to her illness but yeah.

I woke up a few days ago to Luna unresponsive and labored breathing, she was somewhat limp. I took her straight away to the doctor and they said she had hypoglycemia, they fed her and sent her home. When we got home, she was doing great, walking around, etc.. then.. she started vomiting, she vomited 10 times and I got scared and took her back to the vet again, and he gave me the Nutri-Cal and told me to give it to her every 15-30 mins until she starts eating on her own again. Well I did that but it seemed she wasn't getting any better, so again back to the vet and they kept her overnight.. When I got her back she was doing great, and she's been great for the last few days.

Yesterday she was a little lethargic, but still her spunky self. Last night I went to bed around 1am, and she was fine. I put her in her crate with her food and water like the vet told me to do, which I've been doing every night.

This morning I woke up at 7, I was only asleep for 6 hours. And Luna was limp in her cage, she was unresponsive, cold, and she was twitching like she was having a seizure, there was vomit all over her and in her cage, and she couldn't even lift her head. I panicked, I put her on a heating pad, and started putting the nurti cal and maple syrup in her mouth with a dropper, at first she just spit it back out, but then finally I got her to swallow... she was barely breathing, and I thought for sure she was going to die. After I did this, I rushed her to the closet vet that was open.. by time I got to the vet she perked up and was able to lift her head... and now she seems like nothing even happened.... she's walking around even running and playing..

I don't understand.. I thought for sure I was about to lose her and now she's fine..
Is there something I am doing wrong? has anyone else experienced this???
I'm so stressed out and scared that one day ill wake up and she will be in her crate dead!!
