That's rather sad to hear... Makes me wonder if the said individuals even have ethics....

I think it's plain thievery if they just make the patient wait hours on end while taking the payment upfront that's kind of idk... skeevy...

I hope the cat lives, and I hope you find a more caring vet in the future.
