What a helpless world we live in, when a government condones and encourages animal cruelty...for money.

This may sound mean but I suddenly am starting to like korea's government less and less and the people who do breed dogs just to make a profit instead of the betterment of the breed as a whole should be ashamed of themselves.

If the government is so unscrupulous that way that kind of leaves to say about the people supporting it... To take advantage of one life in such a way saddens me.
