The deliver date for Chinese or other non-US sellers show a month as the delivery date. Unless they lied, of course. Amazon is good at kicking out the liars. On the whole, Amazon does an exceptional job. They've always refunded me or reshipped if possible if they goof something up. The private sellers can be a PITA, but Amazon will make it good.
I intend to call Amazon and complain about my seller, but I doubt they'll do anything as the seller is a huge company that does tons of business on Amazon. It has to be bad for me to complain as I used to sell on Amazon before we stopped selling to individuals and went to wholesale only. I understand the sellers have a tough job dealing with customers, but when it's one's own mistake, one has to make it good ASAP. Not just say, "Sorry. Can't do anything about it.", because one is too lazy to place a phone call. |
