The sad thing is a few years ago Callie was acting weird in the back yard (she is 18 pounds so I let her go out by herself) when I checked on her and I went out in the yard and there was a dead rabbit now our yard is fenced in so I told myself she gave it a heart attack chasing it and it couldn't get out but my dad feels she grabbed it and shook it. I don't think you can sue them maybe you can but I'm not sure.
