Speaking of that, Miss Chewie would love to thank you, lol. By "thank" I mean do that little soft talk back growl sounds she makes and replace thanks with I'm mad at you.
I don't like "stank" beard so she already gets wiped down, and she's groomed and bathed regularly. Bathed, kept free of any danglies, etc.
She also only drinks fresh cold water, and since it was a hassle to get her to drink, it's a small price to pay. However, when she gets that marrow I now THOROUGHLY wash her beard, No puppy wipes soap and water. Now she's figured out that not only it's a new thing, she now gets it's the marrow, so she refused last time I took it out.
I told her, hey, Taylor said I had to! It's yucky if you drink the marrow later. She did her head cocked to the side look and then gave me straight up bunny rabbit ears. Straight up ears means Chewie is NOT a happy camper. I thought I'd pass that along, hehe.
