 Debarked?
Max has been ours for ten days. However, he has yet to bark. Spenser, our other Yorkie, barks a lot. Max makes a strange sound, sort of a cry, I thought. It just struck me that maybe his former owner debarked him. We took him to our vet the day after we got him and she did a complete physical and checked his newly cleaned teeth ( thank you rescue doc). She found his Lymes disease and luxating patella, but we didn't yet realize he never barked, just cried, so I didn't ask.
Could they have debarked our little man?
