However, this is just unsafe and untrue information you're putting out there - and that's not beneficial to anyone. Just because your sample size of "many dog owners" hasn't experienced a tick while inside of a building (?!), it does *not* equate to being a fact that it just doesn't happen.

For anyone reading this thread - PLEASE be sure that bugs, pollens, microscopic germs - whatever - CAN and DOES get inside your house. In addition, your dog doesn't have to be in "the woods or on grass" to encounter a tick.
