put him on his back and quickly put it around his neck. Keep him on his back and put the paws in one by one. Stewie tries to bite the shirt for a few seconds, but I pry it out of his mouth. If his nails get stuck, hold his paw together while your'e putting it through so that the nails can't spread apart and get caught. It takes practice.
