You must be consistent with the command no biting in a firm voice, not yell, scream or using a harsh tone, just a firm tone. She is just a baby, she doesn't know what soft or hard biting is. Patience and consistency are key factors in training. Everyone in your home must use the same command word, no biting.
What do you do when it's not play? Just experienced that this a.m. with my 15-week-old. It was in response to trying to extract something from his mouth, full-bared-teeth-ferocious-growl biting.
