Glad that your daughter is ok from this horrible experience. This woman may very well try this again with your daughter just to get Chewie. If it were me I would have your daughter continue the walks with YOU following her. If that woman tries this again, you would be not far behind, you could take the pic of the plate while still going to your daughters aid. That woman would not stick around is she saw an adult charging at her. What the heck has society come too that "women" are now trying to steal dogs right out of the hands of children.
