Definitely keep it up and be consistent and make sure everyone in your household does the same.

I found it also useful to use a lower register when saying "NO". They generally associate high pitch voices to fun and play, versus low pitch voices to serious business.

I also look at them in the eye when I say "NO". But, as a puppy, it'll take some time for them to learn the ways. Just be patient, persistent, and consistent.
