So true! When I went biking with Scottie in the front basket, I was constantly stressed out because of all the people and cyclists around. If not hooked in, he could fall. If hooked in, he could choke (not really choke, since he wears a harness, but you get the idea). You just got to be very very careful. And make sure you train him to sit still...
